Virtual Tasting FAQs

How can I join a Virtual Tasting?

If you wish to join an advertised virtual tour, just click on the link to our website form, fill in your details and how many packs you require. You can book and pay for your virtual tour from this form.

We will then post a pack to you in good time for your virtual tour and send you an email with the Zoom link and instructions for the evening.

We suggest logging on to Zoom 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to check your connection.

During the tasting experience, you will be able to ask questions via the video or group chat facility. You do have the option to remain silent (mute) and even turn off your video function if a little shy.

The complete experience usually takes between 45 – 60 minutes.

We require a minimum of 20 packs to host a private tasting event.

You can access the Zoom meeting from your smartphone, PC or Mac using the link.

Yes, other like-minded people will be joining the tour, however numbers will be limited to ensure the best experience.
